Managing Director

Sean Henry acts as the Managing Director of Capstone’s Atlanta Office. He helped create and open the Atlanta office in 2020 and is responsible for managing all marketing assignments and client relationships.

Sean has a strong record of accomplishment in the commercial real estate industry. His background includes commercial real estate appraisal, acquisitions, dispositions, equity, and JV negotiations and brokerage. In 2013 he created and opened a Moran & Company office in Atlanta where he and his team closed over $1B in multi-family transactions. Before creating the Moran & Co. Atlanta office, Sean was a broker in the Atlanta office of ARA for 10 years. His success as a broker includes closing over $6 Billion in multi-family transactions with many of the top public and private pension plans, REITS, private capital, and co-mingled discretionary funds.

Before transitioning to the brokerage side of the multi-family business, Sean was an Acquisitions Vice President and Principal for both Lend Lease and General Investment and Development Company. Sean was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, managing due diligence, and ultimately closing $1.5 billion in multi-family acquisitions in 20 states.

Sean is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Sean is also an accomplished pilot and a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight, an organization that arranges free air transportation for people who need to travel to receive lifesaving medical treatment but lack the means.
