Since joining Capstone in 2014, Jad has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and investment sales successes throughout Florida and the greater Southeast. He has a long track record of successfully representing an array of clients, comprised of both institutional and private equity investors. Jad possesses vast experience in the successful disposition of a wide breadth of multi-family assets, including: existing conventional properties, student housing, affordable communities, and multi-family development sites throughout the region. Jad has led, or been meaningfully involved in, the analysis and disposition of nearly $1B in assets and 10,000+ units.

Prior to joining Capstone, Jad most recently served as the managing director of a regional commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm, where he led all aspects of acquisitions, asset management, and the sourcing of investment capital. Jad brings client-specific customization to his brokerage services, including detailed market research, extensive financial analysis, and comprehensive resource integration throughout the disposition process.

Jad received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and earned a MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University.
