Investment Sales Advisor
Eric Liebich brings more than 12 years of sales and management experience to the Capstone team. His prior experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and residential real estate has provided him with valuable insight when advising clients on investment strategy, the disposition of their assets, and discovering creative financial solutions.
He is a critical member of the Capstone Land Sales team, and his work within the multi-family sector includes the brokerage of land sites purposed for apartment community or mixed-use development, as well as single-family home and town-home community development.
Eric graduated from Michigan State University and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
