Job Description


Capstone AP is a commercial real estate investment firm with an exclusive focus on the multi-family (apartment) sector. The Marketing Speicalist with Capstone AP will work directly with the partners and investment advisors of the firm in all aspects of day-to-day operations, and become involved in various firm projects and client deliverables. This role will require responsive, knowledgeable, creative, and analytical support and organization to all brokerage projects. Typical daily duties include designing and content editing of client deliverables; market research and data aggregation; drafting both technical and creative writing excerpts; and completing basic office tasks.

Requirements


  • Intermediate Skills with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Required (80% of Work in InDesign), Candidates with Photoshop and/or Illustrator Experience Preferred
  • College Degree: Preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, or Marketing and/or 1-2 Years of Related Work Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Skillful Technical and Creative Writer with Understanding of Basic Grammar
  • Flexible and Efficient in Fast-Paced Environment
  • Aptitude for Quickly Analyzing and Inputting Data
  • Must Possess Professionalism, Positivity, and Eagerness to Learn

Tasks


  • Support executives, marketing director, and all brokers in on-going transactional needs, client relations, and business development
  • Create and edit firm marketing materials and marketing campaigns for client listings and firm initiatives (all created in Adobe InDesign)
  • Assist with market data collection, research, and analysis
  • Write high-level industry narratives about housing market conditions, economic conditions, specific assets and their respective attributes, city/region highlights and trends, and various other client and firm deliverables
  • Help maintain ongoing firm marketing forums, including the firm website, social media marketing, and mass email and mailing materials
  • Assist with internal firm projects, including, but not limited to, e-presence and branding, data management, client distributions, and overall organization and scheduling
  • Attend firm meetings, and assist with preparation for client meetings and deliverables
  • Assist with firm database management and content updating
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, and be timely and reliable with the agreed upon work schedule

Compensation


  • Compensation Package to include base salary plus performance-based incentive bonus plan – details of both to be determined based upon candidate experience, skill level, and discussed later in the application and interview process

The investment sales analyst position is in Tampa, FL, and will primarily be working with our Apartment and Land Sales service lines. The employee will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting assets and understanding the property’s cash flow
  • Generating original content, text, and graphs for client deliverables
  • Market research regarding multi-family properties and economic conditions
  • Coordinating brokerage transaction needs
  • Attending firm meetings
  • Consistently demonstrating the application of company values in all business interactions

Requirements


  • Capstone is looking for passionate, experienced, and creative people who possess:
    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience or an advanced degree in Finance/Business
    • Long-term interest in analyst role
    • Proficiency with MS Office and advanced Excel skills
    • Ability to create captivating original content
    • Aptitude for quickly comprehending and inputting data
    • Professionalism, drive, and eagerness to learn
    • Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects at once
    • Experience working with a variety of people
    • Communication skills to support brokers in other locations
    • Knowledge of commercial real estate and Salesforce preferred, but not required
