While we can certainly deliver on the above, this is what we need you to bring to the team:

  • 2-3 years professional work experience
  • A driven, goal-oriented, type-A personality
  • Familiarity with real estate industry, especially commercial, preferred
  • An engaging personality who can work with a variety of people, conduct meetings with clients, and build rapport with prospects
  • The ability to close a long sales process
  • Basic computing skills, specifically MS Office
  • Understanding of financial data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in different locations
  • Professionalism, drive, and eagerness to learn

Core Responsibilities


  • Sell existing assets in the multi-family industry (market rate, affordable, and student housing), development sites, and manufactured housing
  • Service firm’s listings by engaging prospective buyers: hosting property tours, proactively calling owners to review investment opportunities, and communicating with prospective buyers who have registered for our listings
  • Underwrite assets and understand cash flow models
  • Generate original content for client deliverables
  • Coordinate brokerage transaction needs and closing files for self and more senior advisors
  • Attend firm meetings
  • Consistently demonstrate the application of company values in all business interactions

Compensation


  • Base salary and bonus structure are dependent upon experience
    (typical year 1 total compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000+, with potential for substantial increases in subsequent years)
  • Depending upon performance, eligible for promotion after two years
  • Eligible to earn annual firm-wide award trip
  • IT setup (laptop/monitors/keyboard/mouse/MS Office software) provided by firm
  • Ability to participate in our company health insurance plan
