CHARLOTTE, NC — Capstone has arranged the sale of a multi-family development site located in the Charlotte, NC MSA. Antiquity, LLC sold the site for $5.2 million, or $16,250 per lot, to SAG/LIV Development.

The multi-family site was part of a larger mixed-use community that includes a Harris Teeter store, senior living, retail spaces, restaurants, as well as single family homes. The property also features a swimming pool, 30-acre park, arboretum, and athletic fields. Austin Green, Alex McDermott, Andrew Klenk, and Brian Ford of Capstone Apartment Partners brokered the transaction.
