Andrew has developed his expertise in commercial real estate and finance through higher education, entrepreneurial experience in successfully starting and growing companies, extensive transactional experience, keen aptitude for the integration and use of the most up to date technological tools, and his everlasting focus on client and market interaction. Andrew has acquired and refined a thorough understanding of the area’s real estate and financial climates via experience with his successful start-up companies (Rent To Own Resource and Group 15 Real Estate), knowledge gained through time spent as a Mortgage Broker, and exposure as a commercial real estate practitioner. He places great emphasis on analyzing and acting on important economic indicators, as well as understanding and utilizing the most cutting-edge technologies available in the industry.

Studying business and psychology, Andrew graduated from The University of Michigan in 2007 with a BS in Bio-Psychology and Cognitive Science. Seeing countless indications of impending growth and development in the southeastern region, he set out for what he felt to be the strongest market region; the Carolinas. Andrew currently sits on the board of the Charlotte Chapter of The University of Michigan Alumni Association, is an active member of the Charlotte Junior Chamber of Commerce, and also enjoys volunteering his time at the Carolinas Healthcare Psychiatric Hospital.
